2022 Chevrolet Suburban | Bloomington, IN

The Chevy Suburban is a large family SUV known for its three spacious rows of seating and class-leading cargo space. And now, the Suburban is back for 2022 with exciting new performance and tech updates.

The 2022 Suburban will expand its engine options, which includes offering the 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine on the RST, Z71, and Premier trims in addition to the High Country for the first time ever. Also offered on the 2022 Suburban are a 5.3-liter V8 (standard on LS, LT, Z71, RST, and Premier models) and a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel engine (available on all models except Z71).

Another exciting performance update to the Suburban is the addition of an electronic limited slip differential to the Z71 trim. The Z71 was designed for capable off-roading, and the eLSD improves its off-road performance even more by reducing wheel slipping on mud and other slick surfaces.

The Chevy Suburban also got plenty of towing and hauling upgrades this year, with more available camera views than ever, a bigger digital instrument cluster, and multiple layouts you can switch between.

You’ll also find new tech that makes it easier to switch from your mobile devices to your car’s infotainment system. Google built-in adds your favorite Google apps to your Chevy Infotainment System, such as Google Maps and Google Assistant, so you can easily access all your Google data on the go.
