Introducing Repaired for Life: Pay for the Repair Once, Covered as Long as You Own It

Nobody likes paying for the same repair twice. You replace a part, drive away feeling good about it, and a couple of years later you're back in the shop looking at the same line on the invoice. At Curry Auto Center, we decided our customers shouldn't have to worry about that. So we built a program around one simple promise.

It's called Repaired for Life, and here's how it works: pay for a qualifying repair once at Curry Auto Center, and that repair is covered for as long as you own your vehicle.

What it costs: nothing extra

There's no add-on to buy, no plan to sign up for, and no paperwork to fill out. Repaired for Life is included automatically with qualifying repairs performed in our service department. If your repair qualifies, you're covered the moment you drive away.

What counts as a qualifying repair

A qualifying repair is any repair of $200 or more (before tax) performed by our service department at Curry Auto Center. The replaced parts from that repair order are covered, including things like:

  • Brake components
  • Batteries
  • Mechanical repairs

And here's the part we're proudest of: the coverage keeps going after your factory warranty runs out. That's exactly when most drivers start worrying about repair costs, and it's exactly when Repaired for Life does its best work.

How long it lasts

For as long as you own the vehicle. Coverage ends when the vehicle is sold and doesn't transfer to the next owner. Keep the car ten years, and your qualifying repair is covered for ten years.

What it doesn't cover

We want to be upfront, because a promise is only good if it's clear. Routine maintenance and normal wear-and-tear items aren't included: filters, wiper blades, tires, light bulbs, spark plugs and hoses. Parts that have been misused, abused or modified aren't covered, and neither are repairs under $200 or parts installed somewhere else. If that same part ever needs attention again, the repair needs to happen here at Curry Auto Center.

Using your coverage

If a covered part ever gives you trouble, call our service team at (812) 650-0652 or schedule service online. We'll verify your VIN and your original repair order, and take it from there. No digging through the glovebox for a certificate.

Why we're doing this

We've been taking care of Bloomington drivers since 1915, and we plan to be here for a long time yet. Standing behind our work for as long as you own your vehicle is just the hometown way of doing business.
