GAP
Optional · Additional costIf your vehicle is declared a total loss due to an accident or theft, your insurance settlement may not cover the full amount you still owe on your loan. GAP is designed to cover the difference between your primary insurance payout and your remaining loan balance, subject to the limitations of the GAP waiver.

Drivers financing a new or used vehicle who want protection against owing more than the insurance settlement. GAP is available only with the purchase of a vehicle.

Portfolio Vehicle Service Contract

Coverage Levels

| Exclusionary Wrap | Coverage that “wraps” around your factory warranty: all items included with exclusionary coverage, excluding powertrain. |
| Stated Component Wrap | Coverage that “wraps” around your factory warranty: all items included with stated component coverage, excluding powertrain. |
Additional Benefits
- Roadside assistance: up to $100 per occurrence
- Substitute transportation: up to $50 per day for 5 days, plus 2 days for parts delays
- Trip interruption: up to $250 per day for 3 days, plus airfare, for interruptions greater than 3 days
Optional Coverage
- Commercial: extends coverage to vehicles used for commercial purposes
- Mobility: extends coverage to mobility equipment such as wheelchair lifts, ramps and adaptive controls
- Lift kit: extends coverage to vehicles with lift kits of 6 inches or less (the lift kit itself is not covered)
- Snow plow: extends coverage to vehicles with snow plow prep packages and plows for personal use (the plow itself is not covered)
Not Covered
Exclusions include aftermarket and frequently replaced items, such as:
- Oil, other fluids and filters not needed for a covered repair
- Brake drums, shoes and pads
- Non-propulsion batteries
- Buttons, handles and knobs
- Paint, trim, carpet and upholstery
