What Is Repaired for Life?

Repaired for Life is a limited lifetime warranty on the parts we replace in our service department, provided at no cost to you. When you have a qualifying repair done here, the covered parts are protected for as long as you own your vehicle. If a covered part fails, we cover one replacement, parts and labor included. It's how we stand behind the work of our ASE-certified and GM factory-certified technicians.

How It Works

Get Your Repair

Bring your vehicle to Curry Auto Center for service. Each repair line of $200 or more on your repair order qualifies.

Watch Your Inbox

Your warranty is emailed to you the day after your repair is completed. It lists your covered parts and is titled “Repair Order Protection Warranty.” See a sample copy.

If It Fails, Bring It Back

If a covered part fails, bring your vehicle back to us. Your service advisor will contact the administrator and start the claim for you.

Good to know: Each covered part is eligible for one covered replacement. Once a covered part has been replaced under the warranty, coverage for that part ends.

Important

Where Coverage Starts and Where Repairs Are Done

Repaired for Life starts with a repair in the Curry Auto Center service department. It can't be purchased separately or added to work done somewhere else.

  • The original repair must be done here. Only qualifying repairs completed on a Curry Auto Center repair order are eligible.
  • Within 40 miles? Please bring it back to us. If a covered part fails and you're within 40 miles of Curry Auto Center, please return to our service department for the repair.
  • Farther away? You're still covered. Your warranty can be used at any repair facility. Bring a copy of your warranty with you.
  • Authorization comes first. Before any repair begins, the administrator must issue an authorization number. At Curry, your advisor handles this for you. At another facility, call (888) 686-2225.

What's Covered and What's Not

Covered

  • The parts listed on the Parts Description page of your warranty
  • Brake parts replaced on a qualifying brake repair
  • Batteries replaced on a qualifying repair
  • Parts and labor for one replacement of each covered part, up to MSRP
  • Coverage that continues after your factory warranty or service contract expires

Not Covered

  • Any part not listed on the Parts Description page of your warranty
  • Repair lines under $200 on the original repair order
  • Excluded parts, including accessory drive belts, clutch disc and pressure plate, filters, fluids, glass, lamps and headlight assemblies, light bulbs, spark plugs, tires, wheels, wiper blades, trim, paint, body panels and rust damage. Filters and fluids are covered only when replacement is required because a covered part failed.
  • Parts misused, abused or modified after the original repair
  • Conditions that existed before coverage began
  • Damage a covered part causes to other parts, or that other parts cause to a covered part
  • Damage from continuing to drive after a covered part fails
  • Repairs performed without prior authorization from the administrator

How much does Repaired for Life cost?

Nothing. Repaired for Life is provided at no cost with qualifying repairs performed in the Curry Auto Center service department.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Qualifying repairs are registered automatically, and your warranty is emailed to you the day after your repair is completed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or call us at (812) 650-0652.

Which repairs qualify?

Each repair line of $200 or more on your Curry Auto Center repair order qualifies. Your covered parts are listed on the Parts Description page of your warranty.

Are brake repairs covered?

Yes. If you came in for a brake repair, the brake parts replaced on that repair order are covered, as long as the repair line is $200 or more.

How long does coverage last?

There is no time or mileage limit. Coverage lasts for as long as you own the vehicle and does not transfer to a new owner.

How many times is a part covered?

Each covered part is eligible for one covered replacement. Once a covered part has been replaced under the warranty, coverage for that part ends.

How do I use my coverage?

If a covered part fails, call us at (812) 650-0652 or schedule service online. Your service advisor will contact the administrator, New Global Administrators, LLC, and start the claim for you. You're also welcome to call the administrator directly at (888) 686-2225 with questions. Have the problem checked promptly, because damage caused by continuing to drive after a covered part fails is not covered.

Can I use my coverage at another repair shop?

Yes. Your warranty can be used at any repair facility. If you're within 40 miles of Curry Auto Center, please return to our service department for covered repairs. Wherever the repair is done, bring a copy of your warranty and make sure the administrator issues an authorization number before work begins. Call (888) 686-2225 for authorization.

Is there a limit on what the warranty pays?

Covered repairs are paid up to the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for parts and labor. The administrator may require like kind and quality or remanufactured parts. If you prefer a different part, you pay the difference in cost.

I have a factory warranty or service contract. Does Repaired for Life still help?

Yes. Because Repaired for Life has no time or mileage limit, coverage on your covered parts continues after your factory warranty or service contract expires.

Is Repaired for Life insurance?

No. Repaired for Life is a limited product warranty from Curry Auto Center, administered by New Global Administrators, LLC. It is not insurance.

Can I read the full warranty before my repair?

Yes. A sample copy of the full warranty is available on our Repaired for Life Warranty Documentation page, and your service advisor can give you a printed copy on request. Your own warranty, emailed after your repair, lists your specific covered parts.

Coverage applies only to parts listed on the Parts Description page of the warranty for qualifying repairs of $200 or more per repair line performed in the Curry Auto Center service department. Each covered part is eligible for one covered replacement, paid up to MSRP for parts and labor, with a $0 deductible. Prior authorization from the administrator is required before any covered repair. The warranty may be used at any repair facility; customers within 40 miles of Curry Auto Center are asked to return to Curry Auto Center for covered repairs.
