Who Qualifies for a Loaner Vehicle
Loaner vehicles are available to clients enrolled in one of the following programs:
Mobile Service Plus Subscribers
Clients enrolled in our Mobile Service Plus program may qualify for a loaner vehicle when service cannot be completed on-site and requires a visit to the dealership.
Fleet Solutions Subscribers
Businesses and organizations participating in our Fleet Solutions program may also qualify for loaner vehicles as part of their service support.
When Loaner Vehicles Are Provided
Loaner vehicles may be provided when:
- Your vehicle requires in-shop service
- The repair cannot be completed through mobile service
- The service requires extended time
All loaner vehicles are subject to availability.
How the Loaner Process Works
If your vehicle needs to be brought into the dealership:
- Our team will schedule your service appointment (while we offer online scheduling, we ask you to call when requesting a loaner)
- We will confirm loaner vehicle availability
- A loaner vehicle will be provided during your service (when applicable)
We work to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Important Requirements
To receive a loaner vehicle, you may need:
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Credit Card to keep on file (in case of damage or theft)
- Qualification through an eligible program
